DIY Doll’s Farmer’s Market Stand

Posted on

Above is our Farmers Market playset. The rocking chair is handcrafted using cedar wood.
I don’t know who made this. Purchased at resale. In the booth is also a real small
A dummy size scale and calculator we use to add the product cost.

I honestly think this doll market set is way more awesome than the ones sold in toy stores today. Which is a good thing, given the prices game companies charge for them. Most of the fruits and vegetables shown in this post were handcrafted with Sculpey and then painted using acrylics. The cast iron stand and rocker were purchased from Escape Market.

“An abundance and variety of vegetables and fresh green lettuce overwhelmed us
Doll farmer’s market. Locally produced corn and pepper for roasting are just a few of our products
Featured vegetables display.

Soon a delicious crop of peaches will arrive and every doll will know how sweet they are
He savors it with homemade ice cream during the summer months.”
Don’t forget, our berries make the best canned fruits for canning, not for dolls
The breakfast table shouldn’t have blueberries served on top of your morning cereal! “

I have included a selection of our pick vegetables and fruits, the typical staples sold at farmers market in the midwest during the summer months of june, july and august in the united states. If you live abroad, in a southern state, or on an island, the selections you might include in your gaming market may look very different than ours!
