I’ll let some words from artist Leighton Corbett begin the introduction: “I lost my job as a graphic designer in the close of 2020 in my home country of Auckland, New Zealand, so I’ve decided to use my newfound free time to create my own style of Aerial cartography.”
Corbett opened and built her business during the pandemic. This was done during the lockdown, as area maps were introduced to many cities around New Zealand. A way to travel at a time when restrictions were tight.
A way to capture all of urban architecture and how it spreads through an area.
Intricate, accurate, and stunningly drawn cities. They provide an introduction to these beautiful cities and invite you to see more of this amazing country.
