Jben Beach is the French artist who finds art in the sand.
Nice execution, and an interesting story of how it was achieved, is something I’ll spend some time on.
The artist is located on the west coast of France and uses the beaches at that location. Illustrations can vary between 30 and 100 meters (98 and 328 ft). There is a time limit to his creations, as he only has an average of four hours to create, before the tide comes in.
Jben doesn’t always arrive at the site with a specific idea; Improvise immediately. He uses a drone to take a picture of the finished piece, but does not use it to check the intermediate stages.
Now for the best part: Jben has been living full time with his art since 2015. Commissions come from people, companies, and organizations.
Amazing work and precision in execution make these feet even more amazing.
