I really don’t see what’s the point –
When I grow up, I’ll be a goose.”

Afraid of the father!
Mother Goose as she and her children were out for a walk one day said, “Come on, we should all go home; I heard there’s a fox here!” But her youngest child, Goosie, persuades her to let them stay outside a little longer. “Who’s afraid of the fox, anyway?” Asked.
Suddenly they heard a strange noise, and before they could move something large with what looked like a fox’s tail, it descended among them. “the Fox!” Shocked, Goosie scurried away as fast as they could back into the barn.
It was not really a fox at all, but only Bessie’s little hat with a large feather in it, which blew as it passed its collar. But the startled goose didn’t stop running until they were safely home, and you can be sure that the next time their mother tells them a fox is about, they won’t get out of the pen until they’re absolutely sure it’s very safe to do so.
